Delegates can collect their badges at the Registration Desk, opening hours are as follows:

• 14 AUG 2025 (Thu) 8.00am

• 15 AUG 2025 (Fri) 8.30am

• 16 AUG 2025 (Sat) 8.30am

Exhibition Opening Hours

(Academia, Level 1, Room L1-S3)

The posters display is opened daily for all delegates, as per Exhibition Opening Hours. Opening Hours are as follows:

• 15 AUG (Fri) 8am to 6pm

Congress Dress Code

​

Delegates are required to dress in smart casual. (Jacket/tie not required).

​

Congress Badge 

​

Congress Badge is required for admission to all sessions and official functions. For security and identification purposes, please wear your badge at all times. In the event of a lost or forgotten badge, a replacement fee of SGD80 will be applicable for reprint of the badge. Please proceed to the Registration Desk, together with your registration confirmation letter or registration number for verification purposes.

Catering

(Academia Level 1, Annex and Behind Lift Lobby)

Lunches and coffee/tea breaks during congress are included in the registration fee. The serving times are as per the congress programme.

​​Speakers’ Preview Room 

(Academia, Level 1, Room L1-S2)

​

The Speakers’ Preview Room located at Level 1, L1-S2, is available for invited speakers and oral presenters at the congress. All invited speakers and oral presenters must report 1 hour prior to their presentation on the day before to check/deposit their presentations. Opening hours of the Speakers’ Preview Room are as follows:

• 14 AUG 2025 (Thu) 8am to 6pm

• 15 AUG 2025 (Fri) 8am to 6pm

• 16 AUG 2025 (Sat) 8am to 11am
